Returns Policy

 

• Users can raise a return request on all the eligible items from our Returns page

• We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery on all our items. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days for a full refund.

• Returns are free, once you raise a return request a prepaid return shipping label is sent to your email address. 

How to Return an Order

 

1. Raise a return request

• Once you raise a return request a prepaid return shipping label is sent to your email address

2. Prepare your return

• Include all original packaging and your return packing slip

• Enclose your item(s) inside the original jewelry box 

• Next, put the jewelry box (containing your jewelry) inside a shipping box 

• Once the items are placed in a larger shipment box, affix the prepaid label to the outside of package

• For security reasons, please refrain from writing jewelry, diamonds, or other related words anywhere on the package

 

3. Ship Your Return

• Drop the package off at your nearest USPS location 

 

Refund Process

 

1. Receipt and Inspection

• Once we receive the returned order, our Quality Assurance team will inspect and verify the condition of the returned item 

• Refunds will only be issued for unworn and undamaged pieces

• Receipt and inspection time may take up to two business days

 

2. Refund

• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method only
• For credit card refunds, please allow up to one month billing cycle in order for your credit to appear.
